To order materials please use our Breast Health Materials Request Form. Some materials may be downloaded for free in pdf format.
Please complete the form at least 2 weeks in advance of your target date. A quantity of 25 is complimentary. A donation is requested for additional bags and materiasl. Materials Requests will never be denied based on ability to donate. For questions, email destiny@komencentraltexas.org.
